US Steel Europe improves automotive demand forecast

US Steel has revised upwards to 1.6% on-year its forecast for automotive production growth in the Visegrad countries – Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Its previous growth projection given in January was 0.2%. The second quarter is foreseen recording 4.6% on-year growth after Q1 posted 3.3% growth.
