US Steel drops intellectual property theft complaint
US Steel is withdrawing the intellectual property theft portion of its Section 337 complaint against China but still plans to push forward with its anti-trust and duty evasion claims.
Current intellectual property theft laws, as-written, do not take into account the increased connectivity between day-to-day company activity and cyberspace, US Steel says in a statement.
