US Steel Canada gets new sale extension
US Steel Canada has been granted an extension for its sales and investment solicitation process, Kallanish learns from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
The former subsidiary of US Steel has been granted a stay of proceedings through July 28. US Steel’s motion that the stay be extended only to May 20 has been denied. The company’s original deadline for bid offers was May 13.
