US Steel appoints new president
US Steel has promoted chief financial officer David Burritt to president and chief operating officer, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Burritt will assume the title previously held by current ceo Mario Longhi effective immediately. He will also remain chief financial officer while the company conducts a search for his replacement.
