US stainless sheet duty reviews slated to begin
Antidumping and countervailing duties on stainless sheet and strip from China are up for their five-year sunset reviews, according to a Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish.
Sunset reviews of the duties are slated to begin in March at both the US Department of Commerce and the US International Trade Commission. These will be the first reviews of the duties since they were originally applied in 2017.
