US HRC retreats for first time in 4 months
Pricing for domestically produced hot rolled coil in the US has stumbled this week for the first time since September, while cold rolled coil prices strengthened, Kallanish learns from market participants.
HRC sank to a new range of $1,080-1,120/short ton, from $1,110-1,150/st last week. CRC soared to $1,330-1,350/st from $1,250-1,350/st.
