US sheet prices inch down this week
US coil prices continued to make small incremental drops this week, learns Kallanish.
Last week, hot rolled coil sheets ranged from $1,100-1,200/short ton, while cold rolled came in at $1,600-1,650/st.
This week, Kallanish adjusted the costs of sheet products to reflect the slight price decline buyers are experiencing in the market.
Hot rolled coil was modified to $1,000-1,100/st. Cold rolled coil is now priced between $1,550-$1,640/st.
