US sets 0% CVD rate for Korean plate
Upon completion of an administrative review of the 2019 calendar year, the US Department of Commerce has updated the countervailing duty rates on cut-to-length plate imports from South Korea.
A 0.42% de minimis subsidy rate was determined for the sole mandatory respondent Posco, according to a Federal Register filing reviewed by Kallanish. This rate was extended to 40 other companies included in the review but not subject to individual examinations.
