US sees high likelihood of HRC dumping recurrence
High rates of dumping would be likely to reoccur if the antidumping duties on US imports of Russian hot rolled sheet were removed, the US Department of Commerce says.
After an expedited sunset review, Commerce determined that, should the duties be removed, dumping would be likely to reoccur at margins of up to 184.56%.
