US scrap remains bullish amid firm finished steel
Sentiment remains bullish in the US scrap market, following strong June trading. As US mills continue to enjoy historically high levels of finished steel prices, their demand for scrap is expected to remain strong.
As scrap prices in the global market have also turned upwards, almost all market players are seen bullish over July trading. No one expects a downward trend, although it is too early to make predictions.
