US rules OCTG imports are circumventing duties
The US Department of Commerce has made a final determination that welded OCTG imports completed in Brunei and the Philippines have been circumventing antidumping and countervailing duties on OCTG from China.
Welded OCTG entering the US from Brunei or the Philippines will now be subject to the China-wide entity AD duty rate of 99.14% and the CVD all-others rate of 27.08%.
