US pursues new rebar trade case

The US Department of Commerce has launched an investigation into allegedly unfairly traded rebar imports from Japan, Taiwan and Turkey. The petitioners in the case are Bayou Steel Group, Byer Steel Group, Commercial Metals Company, Gerdau Ameristeel, Nucor and Steel Dynamics, collectively known as the Rebar Trade Action Coalition.
