US proposal activity rebounds in Q3
US construction proposal activity has rebounded in Q3 following the worst recorded proposal activity in over 11 years during the prior quarter, suggests PSMJ Resources' net plus/minus index (NPMI) which increased to 10% in the third quarter, Kallanish reports.
