US plate list prices rise $40/st
At least two major plate producers have upped their base prices, Kallanish learns from company announcements.
Nucor and SSAB have lifted their minimum base prices for carbon and alloy plate products by $40/short ton, echoing recent increases in sheet products. ArcelorMittal, says one buy-side source, is expected to follow the increases.
