US OCTG prices retract
US oil country tubular good (OCTG) prices retreated in the week ended 1 March, Kallanish learns from market sources.
Representative product P110 domestic welded casing fell from $1,350-1,400/short ton to $1,300-1,350/st. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill, and are updated each Friday.
OCTG prices had stayed relatively level for several weeks as capital expenditure decisions in the US Permian Basin were put on hold by weak global crude oil prices.
