US OCTG prices remain static
US oil country tubular goods prices remained unchanged in the week ended 4 January, Kallanish understands.
Representative product P110 domestic welded casing held at $1,450-1,500/short ton. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
Several Gulf Coast sources reported late last week that demand for all oil country goods – including line pipe – is an open question in 2019 due to as-yet unsettled capex in the Permian Basin.
