US OCTG prices continue climb on oil strength
The oil country tubular goods (OCTG) increases announced last week by domestic producers appear to be taking effect, Kallanish reports.
Kallanish raised its P110 domestic welded casing price to $1,700-1,750/st, taking into account gains realised from the $100-250/st increases. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
One buy-side source says he expects pricing to continue to trend up as long as oil prices hold.
