US OCTG market prices hold on week
The price of representative OCTG product P110, 5.5-inch, is still ranging between $4,074-4,628/short ton, Kallanish reports.
“Imports were primarily sold against programs, little spec coming in. But the amount will scare some, and I expect some slide in near-term pricing to occur,” a buy-side source says.
US OCTG ranged from $1,800-1,850/st in the equivalent week last year.
All prices are ex-works, domestic mill.
