US non-residential construction starts increase in January
The US non-residential construction sector experienced 19% month-over-month growth from December to January, but starts remain down by nearly a third on-year, Kallanish reports.
According to an industry analysis by ConstructConnect, the volume of US non-residential construction starts in January totalled $26.2 billion. This is an increase of 19% from December’s non-residential starts totalling $22 billion.
