US non-residential construction planning strengthens in December
Planning activity for US non-residential construction projects increased by 3% in December on a month-on-month basis, Kallanish discovers in the latest industry data gathered by Dodge Construction Network.
Dodge's momentum index (DMI) of 186.6 in December benefitted from a 1% increase in commercial sector planning and a 6.1% increase in institutional planning.
