US new residential sales rise in February
Sales of new single-family houses in the US rose from December to January in both an on-month and on-year comparison, Kallanish reports.
In January, sales of new single-family houses were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 932,000 units, according to data gathered by the US Census Bureau and the US and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.
