US makes preliminary determinations in PC strand investigations
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has made preliminary determinations in its anti-dumping (AD) duty investigations for imports of pre-stressed concrete (PC) steel wire strand from eight countries, Kallanish reports.
In a notice published last week, the DOC announced its preliminary affirmative dumping determinations for PC strand imports from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.
