US ITC approves duties on Chinese stainless sheet
The US International Trade Commission has concluded that the domestic injury has been materially injured by stainless sheet and strip imports from China, Kallanish understands.
As a result of the finding, the US Department of Commerce will levy anti-dumping duties of 63.86-76.64% and countervailing duties of 75.6-190.71%.
The petitioners in the case are AK Steel, Allegheny Technologies Inc, North American Stainless and Outokumpu Stainless USA.
