US issues preliminary AD decisions on Canadian pipe
The US Department of Commerce has issued a preliminary finding that large diameter welded pipe (LDWP) from Canada was sold in the US at less than market value, Kallanish learns from the Federal Register.
The department has assigned Pipe & Piling Supplies Limited, Spiralco Inc, and 1045761 Ontario Ltd (a company operating under the name Canadian Phoenix Steel Products) a weighted average dumping margin of 50.89%.
