US issues CVDs on mechanical tubing from India
Countervailing duty margins on US imports of cold drawn mechanical tubing from India have been reset by the US Department of Commerce in a preliminary review assessing the 2020 calendar year.
Commerce determined subsidy rates of 3.3% for Goodluck India, 5.57% for Tube Investments of India, and 3.96% for KLT Automotive and Tubular Products, Metamorphosis Engitech India, and Pennar Industries.
