US imports fall in September
US imports appear to have dropped on-month in September, Kallanish learns from the American Iron and Steel Institute.
US total import licenses reached 1.967 million short tons in September, 1.51m st of which was finished. That is down by -2.7% and -15.9%, respectively, from August’s final figures.
