US to forge ahead with 337 against China
The US will move forward with a Section 337 investigation against Chinese steel producers on behalf of US Steel, Kallanish reports.
US Steel alleges collusion and the theft of trade secrets related to advanced high strength automotive steel via computer hacking. Late last week, Valbruna won a Section 337 case against Indian stainless company Viraj, also related to the theft of trade secrets.
