US finalises large OD pipe duty reviews
The US Department of Commerce has issued its final results in administrative reviews of import duties on large diameter welded pipe from South Korea and Canada.
In its review of the period 29 June, 2018, through 31 December, 2019, Commerce found low subsidy rates for Korean producers and exporters. It set countervailable subsidy rates of 0.24% de minimis for SeAH Steel and 0.51% for Hyundai RB and 19 other non-examined companies covered under the review.
