US energy tube imports may lag demand shortfalls
US energy tube imports should not be expected to slow down for several months due to the natural lag in the supply chain, Kallanish learns from analyst Preston Pipe.
The company’s weekly report notes that it is “...unclear if coronavirus containment efforts will affect actual arrivals of product.”
Preston notes that licenses for imports are filed up to 60 days prior to entry and remain valid for 75 days.
