US energy tube gains on skelp pricing
The US oil country tubular goods market appears to be showing some limited signs of life after a months-long plateau induced by Covid-19 and the early-year oil price war, Kallanish hears from market sources.
Kallanish raised its representative P110 domestic welded casing price on Friday to $1,050-1,100/short ton, ex-works, domestic mill, green tube.
Prices had been stagnant since March due to a lack of liquidity in the overall market.
