US DOC makes preliminary pipe dumping determinations

The US Department of Commerce has made its preliminary anti-dumping margin determinations on imports of large-diameter welded pipe from six countries of origin, Kallanish reports.  The targeted countries are Canada, China, Greece, India, South Korea, and Turkey.
