US DOC makes final flange margin determinations
The US Department of Commerce has made a positive final determination on anti-dumping and countervailing duty margins on finished carbon steel flanges from India and Italy.
The department found dumping margins of 11.32-12.58% from India and 79.17-204.53% from Italy. India was also found to have subsidised its exports at a rate of 5.66-9.11%, Kallanish notes.
