US determines material injury from Chinese PC strand
The US has determined that the revocation of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of pre-stressed concrete strand from China would likely lead to material injury, Kallanish reports.
According to a notice published in the national register, the International Trade Commission has determined in its five-year sunset reviews on the duty orders that revoking the aforementioned orders would likely cause the recurrence of injury to US industry.…
