US makes determinations in rebar duty investigations
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has come to a determination in its five-year reviews on the countervailing (CV) duty order on imports of rebar from Turkey and the anti-dumping (AD) duty orders on imports of rebar from Mexico, Kallanish reports.
The ITC has determined that the revocation of both the CV duty order on Turkish rebar imports and the AD duty order on Mexican rebar imports would likely lead to continued injury to US industry.
