US confirms Chinese stainless sheet, strip circumvention
The US Department of Commerce has preliminary determined that certain China-origin stainless steel sheet and strip that has undergone further processing in Vietnam is covered by the scope of the anti-dumping and countervailing duties against Chinese materials, Kallanish learns.
