US concludes review of Turkish pipe duties
The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of the countervailing duties on circular welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey. The review covers the 2019 calendar year.
Commerce determined a net subsidy rate of 0.83% for the Borusan Mannesmann group and 17 other Turkish companies for the period of review.
