US Commerce determines final Korean HRC duties
The US Department of Commerce has determined that certain Korean producers and exporters of hot rolled steel received subsidies at de minimis rates. The review period was from 1 January 2020 through 31 December 2020, Kallanish notes from the Federal Register.
