US coil prices slip on-week
Prices of hot and cold rolled coils in the US are slipping again this week as demand struggles continue.
US domestic hot rolled coil pricing fell to $630-650/short ton from $640-660/st the prior week. CRC dropped to $980-1,000/st from $990-1,000/st, Kallanish reports.
A coil consumer says the price decrease is the direct result of a slow economic market.
