US begins steel cylinder case against China
The US has begun an anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigation on imports of non-refillable steel cylinders from China, Kallanish reports.
The petitioner - Worthington Industries - estimates the US imported $21.5 million in cylinders from China in 2019.
The alleged dumping margin is 53.76% and 21 separate subsidy programs are suspected.
