Ural Steel to raise heat-treated sheet capacity
Metalloinvest has begun construction of roller treatment furnace no.1 and heat treatment machine no.1 at its Ural Steel plant. The RUB 1.5 billion ($26.65 million) investment will increase production of heat-treated sheet and allow for production of a new steel grade, Kallanish learns from the Russian steelmaker.
