UPG buys Lexington Steel
Chicago’s UPG Enterprises has bought flat-rolled distributor and logistics coordinator Lex Holding Co.
Lex Holding Co includes two business divisions - distributor Lexington Steel Corp and steel logistics company Douglass Logistics.
The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed, Kallanish reports.
