Unitrade acquires 51% stake in Intergreen Metals
Malaysian building materials wholesaler and distributor Unitrade Industries is entering into the metal recycling market by acquiring a 51% stake in Intergreen Metals for MYR 66.3 million ($14.09m), Kallanish notes.
