Unconventional origin offers drag down GCC HRC prices
The Gulf Cooperation Council hot rolled coil market has been puzzled since the beginning of last week by low-priced quotes of $602-610/tonne cfr GCC through South Korean trading companies that are not regular suppliers to the region.
