Uncharacteristic Iran decline contributes to Mid-East output slump
Crude steel production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by worldsteel’s monthly report fell for a sixth consecutive month in September, dropping -11% on-year to 3.12 million tonnes, Kallanish notes.
