Ulbrich Stainless acquires West Coast facility from ATI
Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals has agreed to acquire a West Coast distribution facility from ATI Specialty Rolled Products, Kallanish learns from the Connecticut-based company.
As of 31 January, the facility in Pico Rivera, California, will operate as Ulbrich of California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
ATI will continue to serve as supplier of nickel, titanium, and specialty alloy products for Ulbrich.
