Ukraine’s ZZHRK raises iron ore output in January-February
Iron ore output at Ukraine-based Zaporizhia iron ore plant (ZZHRK), part of Zaporizhstal, increased in January-February, the mill confirms to Kallanish.
Production amounted to 749,000 tonnes, up 1.4% on-year. In February alone the firm produced 383,000t, up 4.7% on January.
In 2019 ZZHRK increased iron ore production 0.3% on-year to 4.563 million tonnes. The average Fe content was 60.87%. Around 4.83mt of iron ore was shipped to consumers.
