Ukrainian scrap exports rise along with prices
Ukraine's ferrous scrap export increase continued in May, notwithstanding what some industry sources call a prohibitive export duty, Kallanish notes.
The duty is currently at €58/tonne ($103) and was just voted to remain for another five years, from September 2021 until September 2026.
