Ukrainian car output rebounds in June, down on-year
Ukrainian carmakers continued to reduce production in June due to low demand, says national carmakers’ association Ukravtoprom.
In January-June only 1,886 vehicles were produced in Ukraine, down by -36% on-year, Kallanish notes. Of this total, 1,611 were cars, down -36.4%, 24 were commercial vehicles, up 14%, and 251 were buses, down -36.6%.
