Ukraine's semi-finished steel exports continue to increase
Ukrainian exports of semi-finished products increased again in August, according to customs data monitored by Kallanish.
The country exported 787,400 tonnes of semis, up by 43.1% year-on-year. In January-August semis exports rose 4.7% on-year to 5.1 million tonnes. Eight-month semis export revenue declined -10.6% to $1.83 billion.
