Ukraine scrap exports approach pre-war levels
Ukraine increased ferrous scrap exports in January-June, according to national customs data.
Shipments amounted to 124,530 tonnes, up 35.3% on-year, Kallanish notes.
The main volume of exports was directed to Poland, 108,370t, followed by Greece with 11,690t and 4,250t to Germany. The average monthly export volume for January-June amounted to 20,750t, compared to 15,340t a year earlier.
